Dry weather,if a little windy, grand company and loads of cake marked the fete at St Andrew's church on Saturday the 31st August. There was live music, hot food (Burgers and Curries) and several of the stalls sold their entire stock. Even the bookstall was a few hundredweight lighter by the end of the afternoon.

The treasurer and her assistants were seen counting the dubloons into the late evening at which time she announced that approximately £1400 had been raised.

Heartfelt thanks to all who were involved with the event for the hard work they put in to make the day such an enjoyable one.
