CHARITIES’ CHRISTMAS FAIR 2014

Following the success of last year’s event, we are holding another Christmas Fair on Saturday 29^th November and we hope your organisation will want to take part again.

The Fair will open at 10.00.

You are welcome to come in to set up your stall on Friday afternoon or evening, or from 8.30 on Saturday morning.

Table charges - £8 per long table (max. 2 per organisation)

£4 per small table

If you are displaying publicity material rather than selling merchandise, we suggest you have a small table.

Tea, coffee and cakes will be on sale throughout the event, and soup and rolls at lunch time.
