Fit as a Fiddle
is a BIG Lottery funded (Therefore FREE) project from Age Concern, designed to improve the health and well-being of the over 50s. Adrian needs to recruit 12 people over the age of 50 to take part in the project.

Two hours a Week
for seven weeks, meeting in Mote Park on Tuesday afternoons. The aim of the programme is for you to have fun and enjoyment whilst improving your health.

Enhance your cycling skills.
You will work through Levels 1 and 2 of the new National Standards for Cycle Training so that you become a more confident and assertive cyclist. there will also be some gentle rides each week.

No Bike !!
If you haven't got one then Adrian will lend you one for the session.
He hopes that you would enjoy the cycling so much that you'll continue cycling together as a group and possibly set up a local Age Concern Cycling Club.
